Once again Dimark Constructions has teamed up with Peter Stutchbury Architecture to produce a unique and bespoke build.
The client had a passion for astronomy and wanted to be able to view the galaxy. The house is located in the upper Blue Mountains. The orientation of the house was a perfect North facing, and included features such as hydronic floor heating, polished concrete, double glazed windows. The construction of the house was recycled double bricks with cavity insulation. Evacuated tubes along with a 20kw solar system with 34kw of battery storage and a 60,000 litre water tank assists in the all year-round sustainability.
