Mark Tam founder and Director of Dimark Constructions has been in the industry for over 30 years coming through with a multi trade background, diverse experience, and tremendous passion for the building industry.

Dimark Constructions built the iconic Peter Stutchbury designed Invisible House which was awarded the 2014 “Australian House of the Year” and in 2016 the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Award for International Excellence.

Dimark Constructions has worked with some of Australia’s leading architects to create award winning properties in the Blue Mountains and Sydney Metropolitan Area including the GB House at Coogee NSW which was awarded “The Wilkinson Award 2019” and Nightsky by Peter Stutchbury Architecture which was awarded the 2021 Robyn Boyd Award and Australia’s most sustainable house for 2021 – Houses Awards.
